How do I export DESIGN.md?
Open a brand in Discover or pick a brand in Gallery, then tap Get DESIGN.md in the toolbar. If prompted, complete an in-app purchase or subscription. Use the system share sheet to save or send the file.
I paid but export is still locked.
In Settings → Manage subscription (or the subscription screen), tap Restore purchases. Ensure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase. If the issue persists, email us with a screenshot of the paywall and approximate purchase time (no need to send payment card details).
Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are billed by Apple. To cancel or change a plan, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad. Refunds are handled by Apple’s support process.
Single-brand (consumable) purchase
Consumable purchases apply per Apple’s rules. If something did not unlock, use Restore purchases first, then contact us with your Apple ID purchase receipt from Apple (email from Apple) if needed.
Are third-party brands official?
No. SnapUI shows design references for education and inspiration. Trademarks belong to their owners; SnapUI is not affiliated with those companies.
