These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SnapUI mobile application (“SnapUI”, “the App”) provided by Tingnova (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The service

SnapUI offers design-system–style previews, a component gallery, and related features, including optional export of bundled DESIGN.md specification files for use with your own tools (such as AI-assisted coding workflows). The App is a reference and educational tool; it does not guarantee that any third-party tool or model will produce a particular output.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Accounts

Core features of the App do not require you to create an account with us. Access to some features may depend on Apple In-App Purchase or subscriptions tied to your Apple ID.

4. Purchases, subscriptions, and consumables

• Billing: Payments are processed by Apple. Prices, taxes, and currency are shown in the App and/or App Store before purchase.
• Subscriptions: If you buy an auto-renewing subscription, it renews until you cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period as described by Apple.
• Consumables: One-time unlocks (such as per-brand export entitlements, if offered) are consumed when purchased and are governed by Apple’s rules for consumable products.
• Restores: Use “Restore purchases” in the App where available, or Apple’s subscription management, to restore eligible entitlements.
• Refunds: Refund requests for purchases through Apple are handled by Apple according to Apple’s policies.

5. License to use the App

Subject to these Terms and your compliance with them, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App as permitted by the App Store rules and applicable law. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law expressly allows.

6. DESIGN.md and exported content

Exported files are provided to help you implement interfaces consistent with in-app previews. Unless we state otherwise in writing, you receive a license to use exported specifications for your own projects in line with applicable intellectual property law. You remain responsible for how you use exported content with third-party tools (including AI services) and for compliance with third-party rights.

7. Third-party names, logos, and trademarks

The App may show names, logos, or styles that evoke well-known brands for educational and comparative illustration. Those marks belong to their respective owners. SnapUI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third party whose design language is referenced. Nothing in the App grants you a license to use third-party trademarks for commercial purposes.
