This Privacy Policy describes how Tingnova (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use the SnapUI mobile application (“SnapUI”, “the App”). By using the App, you agree to this policy.

SnapUI is designed to work without a user account. We do not operate a login system in the App that sends your name, email, or password to our own servers for core browsing features.
The App may store data locally on your device, for example:
This on-device data is not transmitted to us by default as part of those features. It may be included in your personal device backups (e.g. iCloud backup) according to your device settings, which Apple controls.
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple via In-App Purchase. We do not receive your full payment card number. Apple may provide us limited transaction information (such as subscription status or product identifiers) as needed to deliver entitlements. Apple’s privacy practices are described in Apple’s own policies.
We do not integrate third-party advertising or analytics SDKs that track you across apps and websites in the shipping build described by this policy. If we add analytics or similar services in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, the App Store privacy disclosures.
When you export a design specification file from the App, you may use the system share sheet to send that file to another app or service you choose. That action is under your control; we do not receive the file unless you explicitly send it to us (e.g. by email).
The App may display design references inspired by public design languages and may link to third-party websites (for example credits or resources). Those sites have their own privacy policies. SnapUI is not responsible for third-party practices.
